Project Management

Project Managers oversee the planning and construction of mining projects and ensure they are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to regulatory requirements. Our Project Managers establish procedures to uphold company standards and specifications. They monitor environmental and health/safety compliance throughout the project to promote a safe working environment. Our Project Managers oversee a project management office (PMO) to ensure integration across the facility.
