  • Project Managers oversee the planning and construction of mining projects and ensure they are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to regulatory requirements. Project Managers establish procedures to uphold company standards and specifications. They monitor environmental and health/safety compliance throughout the project to promote a safe working environment. Our Project Managers oversee a project management office (PMO) to ensure integration across the facility.

  • Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls, and Mining. Roles could include requirements development, General Arrangement and Plan Layout, P&ID’s, technical specifications of materials, equipment, material take-offs, etc. If you have experience in any of these areas, apply now below!

  • Scope, schedule, cost, and change management including planning, scheduling, measuring, and reporting. Report progress but also identify any issues, recommend recovery actions and plans, and champion alternatives based on “what if scenarios,” allowing for timely decision-making to aggressively mitigate project risk.

  • Competitive Tendering, Bid, Evaluation, Award (Technical Evaluation, Commercial Evaluation, and Letter of Recommendation to Award) and Sole Source determinations.

  • Ensure the proper use of paper and electronic files, controls on signatures and signature authority, routing procedures, and marking, handling, and storage of documents, including of correspondence, e-mail messages, records of telephone conversations, and meeting minutes are maintained and stored in a timely manner. Document Control Specialists carefully review and establish records classification procedures, a Records Retention and Turnover Plan, and a roadmap for records use, which allows for an effective storage and disposition plan.

  • Provides visibility into mining operations for enhanced planning and scheduling of equipment and materials flow..

  • F&A support assists clients with invoices/payables to vendors, integrated with Project Controls and the Work Breakdown Structure ensures effective Cost & Commitment Reports accuracy. Assists clients with monthly, quarterly, and yearly regulatory and filing requirements.

  • Manages Construction subcontractors with field oversight and engagement. Identifies, tracks, and documents all construction scope to maintain on-time delivery. Works with other departments in client organizations to ensure coordination of scope delivery, commissioning/turnover, and operations. Captures effective data with proven tools and processes helps avoid surprises and mitigate adverse impacts.

  • Custom mining safety trainings, quality recruitment, and HSE services, promoting a culture of safety.
